You guys know that you can get a new seat foam pad from a dealer for about $100. It takes a full 20 mins to install.

Just make sure you take care of the sharp edges on the rails before installing the new one.

Rocket, you havent had the truck long enough to wear it out

And the 06 has the staining fabric, water leaves white rings...all the 06-08 seats have this problem eventually, mainly the cloth seats. I guess ill be doing the DT fix in awhile

I'm a believer! I did the seat foam thread in and around putting the new brakes on and it feels niiiice. I couldn't get my wife out of the truck when she helped me bleed the brakes she liked the feel so much. Now she wants me to do it to her Liberty.

Don't know if you'll get a reply from rocket, he wants everyone to think he left, but he was here lurking around today.
This was his last post from the 26th:

I have an 05 and my tear in the drivers seat is on the left side of the backrest at about rib cage height. You can't say that i'm not lifting myself out of my seat here! It wore itself enough that i can see the metal bar that caused the foam to rip and cloth to tear. Cheap Chrysler cloth. This happened a year after i bought it too, dealer said it was wear and tear, which is BS, my rig is in mint condition all around.
