I was checking out sub boxes and stuff came across this..

Buddie put a regular box with a set of 15''s in the bed and let it blow through the trunk

i was so close to doing that.. but with 4 l7 15s.. and a 5000 watt orian beast amp .. one of my installers was selling it for 1000 bucks but i didnt want till kill the truck with cutting the bed... still thinking about doing it tho would be sick

a guy had one w7 in a little chevy by me, that thing sounded great but i would NEVER cut all that

i remeber seeing on DT a while back that a few guys had done this. there was a company that manufactured the ruber boots for the cut out. they werent that big though. i wouldnt feel comfortable doing that w/o a fiber glass tonneau

I bet is sounds great, and i bet u can hear it from miles and miles away.....but i need my bed! looks like u do to, u have a bike in ur bed! how would u carry it around? do u have a trailer. I have a cr 250, so i need my bed to carry that bad boy around! Just take out the center console and build bigger box for the subs and if thats not enough expand it to the back seat....i dont think u wanna loose ur pickup bed space...........thats the whole reason behind a pickup! But hey if u wanna do it, go for it, it would be tight as hell!

Yeah I think I may have to do that right there. I am not sure I have enough room in my cab to put any speakers in!!

That just seems like way overkill! I mean, I am plenty happy with my single 12" rockford fosgate p3 in my center console enclosure.
