Can you tell if it is the brake or parking brake? If its the parking brake you might be able to get away with adjusting the star on the bottom side of the parking brake.

block the front tires,
put it in neutral (trans or transfer case),
jack up both back wheels and turn them by hand,
you should be able to tell if the wheel is sticking and if its the parking brake or caliper
