Wow...I knew they were only like 1.5" or so, but it was actually noticeable, from looking at the side to getting in it and driving around. It just about measured out to 2" (37" and change to 35" and change). Now at least it doesn't look like its waiting to be humped with its *** in the air. I like it, but it will take some getting used to.
Dude, bad news for ya. That rack looks like it's about shot, look at how much fluid on the boots.

I'm replacing a bunch of stuff since she's past the 100,000 mark, it's on a list. It may be leaking, but I don't think it's shot (steering is as tight as the day I got it at 28,000). We'll see, the brake upgrade parts were procured first, so they will be going in first.

The only thing I had on hand was lithium grease, dielectric grease and anti-seize. So I went with anti-seize. No squeaking (YET), but we shall see.

Mine steered just as good as it did the day I got it and mine was done. Squeeze the boots and the fluid will spray outta there like a super soaker.
