Question help, a lil' confused

so i was looking at some of the guys designs on here for a home made cai and comparing my engine setup to them. alot of guys on here with the hemis intakes seem to start out the front of the engine, but mine comes straight out the passenger side..then i was looking and it stuck out that it said magnum on the engine and when i was doing some research i couldnt find anything on a 2005 ram hemi magnum, all i found was a 2003 hemi magnum and some v10magnums, so any input would be greatly apprieciated

A hemi is a hemi. Its just that no one says Hemi Magnum. Basically any of the home brew CAI's for a Hemi truck will work for you.

Remove the "Hemi Hat" and take a look at the throttle body, then the designs you have been looking at will make more since.
With the Hemi Hat on, the intake tube mounts on the passenger side of the Hat. With the Hemi hat off the home brews you have been checking out attach straight to the throttle body, leaving the Hemi Hat off.

And while you are in there you may as well take off and clean the throttle body.
