I've been at the vette show in carlisle pa. They were installing those aftermarket exhausts, I think thats what you heard cheap imo.

 

Mid 70's Vettes (stock, anyway) are not known for their fantastic amounts of power. All 350's in a Corvette after 1975 had less than 200hp SAE net. One year the California emissions model was saddled with a 305! They didn't break the 200hp barrier (ah, the smog era) again until 1982 with a form of TBI. So it isn't surprising. If my father hadn't sold his out from under me , that 200hp TBI 350 would've been shelved in favor of a newer Vortec or LT4 (for starters).

 

this was a late model 05or 06 I'm guessing.

 

Well it had the amber lights like yours but definatly a later model i'm thinking 02. It has a similar amber light like yours matt.

 

haha no offense, i once owned a 84' red corvette and i easily hit 134 MPH, so i think that guy in the vette was just cruisin
