Yea I was thinking the rhino line on the inserts. But no, I had an old tip that was starting to rust on the original factory tailpipe. I decided to do away with it since it was a short tip and looked awkward on the truck. The tip came off when I got my exhaust done. I had the resonator removed and so I got a new tailpipe from the muffler straight to the back. I painted that section the flat black and never put a new tip on. I think I like it better without an aftermarket tip actually. Also I've only got a single out pipe. I used header paint because that was the only good heat paint I had around. An engine paint or bbq grill paint would work fine. I just looked through all the pics of the truck and I've never taken one of the tailpipe. I'll try to get out tomorrow with the camera and take a couple pics.

Yeah, I think I'll try it. I'll just have to try and scuff up that chrome really good with some sand paper.

Honestly, I have NO idea. I never pay attention to my MPGs, doesn't really seem like I've been filling up more than usual though.
