I would start looking at the wiring. You may have a corroded cable or broke cable somewhere along the line. Maybe going into your connection between the harness and the board. Also check to make sure the wire is pushed into the harness all the way. It may have backed out a little on you.

I think if your left side is working and your right side isn't it's not the fuse. I may be wrong but the left and right side work off the same fuse. I'd be looking at the wiring like I said.
