your grille has some 10mm bolts/nuts holding it on the brace(at least 06-08) I think about 10-12

The antennae has the three prong nut on the top (I used a pair of vice grips/rag but there is a special tool) and then it all comes apart

I really thought you were gonna link up your debadging diy thread with that advice. That was a great thread matt99.

The antenna I can't help you with cuz I ain't never wanted to take mine off but a few members on here have so maybe they will chime in on that. For the grill, it's mounted to a frame that is bolted to the hood. All you have to do is raise the hood and look up at the back of the grill and you will see the bolts/nuts you need to remove. For the badges just get some good fishing line and slide it behind the badge and start sawing. The line will cut the adhesive that holds the badge on. If you do a search I'm sure there are a few DIY's on Debadging.

Do what? You trying to remove just the inserts or the entire grille itself? Either way, you need to remove those 10mm bolts on the bottom and top on the grille. Then it pulls right off. To get the inserts out, you need like a hard tip (i used a really small torx bit) and you need to pop out the center pins of each retainer plug that holds the inserts onto the grille.
