Nice time considering the old 4.7, what tune: 87 or 91 ?

91 tune using 93 octane (gas station i go to only sells 87 and 93)

 

just did a run today. it wasnt 0-60 time though. second day ive had my superchips 91 tune on. rest of the mods are in my sig.

60ft = 2.18 @ 30mph
330ft = 6.08 @ 61mph
1/8th mile = 9.34 @ 75mph
1000ft = 12.25 @ 84mph
1/4 mile = 14.68 @ 91mph

forgot to add.. 2wd, leveled, 2500. have about 600-700lbs of crap in the bed. which is normal for me. plus my big old 200+lbs *** in the front seat. and 33" tires/wheels.

 

Those are good times John. Looks like you are faster than most of the 1500's.

 

i passed smog running my DSP, passed it with flying colors. guy even knew i had it in there. he was more upset about my tail pipe being cut off, cuz he had to crawl on the ground to get the sniffer in place.

im gonna go make some more runs this afternoon, those times dont seem right to me. i will be sure to include 0-60. itll give me something to do while im waiting for my brisket to finish smoking.
