Read my post. You need to remove the entire grill shell to take the inserts out.

took soooo long to pop out every single little rivet.
its gona be hard as hell to get em back in but no you do not have to remove the entire grille!
i just did it while the grille was on.. yes it may have been easier to take the grille of but.. meeehh
i had a good time doing it..

what type of paint did everyone use?
i plan on using dupli-color truck matching paint..

Sorry about the advice on the rams head, I didnt realize it was the bug guard you were doing it to, I thought it was the ram head on the top of the grill lol.

OK I have question on the Rivets. You have to push the center pin forward? (towards front of Grill?) or you have to try and pull centers out (towards back?) Im sorry for the Noob question but I want to pull the grill and paint it this weekend.

If you can pull them out I'd imagine it would be easier to keep track of them but I don't see how you could since mine were pushed in flat against the rivets.
