pro comp xtreme terrain a/t or mickey tompson atz?
I dunno, but if it was me, I'd get some 17s with a good 4.5 backspace and save a TON on 17" ATZs. 20s have the look, but 17s have the performance on a 4x4. The backspacing would make it not necessary to need spacers.
On pavement, they would be about equal, but off-road it's all about sidewall flex and 20s just don't have enough sidewall unless you are talking 37s on 20s.
I'd bet you could get some decent Mickey Thompson Classic II or Cepek DC1s in 17" and a set of 17" ATZs for less than the 20" ATZs and spacers...

I got the MT ATZ's about 5k ago and i couldn't be happier with the purchase. I also bought wheels at the same time but that besides the point. I putted around trying to decide which tires to buy and the MT just made sense, especially with the testimonials from forum members. Yeah they are expensive, but you get what you pay for! Besides being a great tire you get a lot of compliments on them as well.
Yep, Can't argue, Great comments, but just to add wrt Pro-Comp X-Treme AT's. Mine will not be replaced with said Tires next time around, If they last the 70K (Kilometers) that where promised (42K (miles)) from the get go.
