I dunno man seems like a big hassle just to take a peek. IMO just do the straight up swap beside you look after your truck so there will not be much to be worried about. If you are that concerned then just buy a scope and take a peek.

I ride the truck hard, take it to the track a few times here and there when I can, so even thhough I keep up on the maintanance I still want to be sure its all good in there. A little extra work yes but piece of mine is well worth it

harder? yes. possible? obviously lol. you cant adjust idle on the 03's but it shouldnt be a problem if your tuner has a clue what he's doing (cough, marty!). You use the Diablo to support the custom tunes. Check out the 03 guys in the club section...we've got a whole group devoted to the issues of the 03 pcm
