Hey All...newbie here!
Need some input...got rid of the chrome on the grill...should I leave it black...or paint it to match? The bumper as well....I have a set of fender flares going on next week...gonna leave 'em black...and a bull bar...black as well...One more thing...I have a 2.5 in leveling kit waiting to be installed...do I need an alignment...have Checked FAQ, and the guys that install it...one says yes...one says no...what do I do?

Like I said...newbie...trying to post some pics...no luck so far!
Now...Leave the grille black...or paint it...bumper as well...black or blue?
Fender falres are going to be black...bull bar will be black...so what to do... help me out!
Now...leveling the thing out...alignment...checked FAQ...the shop says no need...on here it says yes...which is it?

The way it is now I would go body color but the bull bar being black I might have a different opinion. Do you have a pic of the bar or a something similar that is going on?

 

I think you should paint the rim of the grill to match the truck and leave the inserts black. You can see in my sig what I mean. I want to paint the chrome of the grille black, but I'm leaving the yellow yellow


As for the alignment. Yes you need to get it done or it is going to wear your tires unevenly.

 

The bull bar is the same as Ice-Forever has on his truck, I was thinking of painting the shell of the grille blue, along with the bumper...but I dunno now...seen a few trucks on here where everything was just black...might even do the headlights.

 

You do want to do an alignment after you level, my alignment was quite a ways off when it went in.
