Default Gears and towing...

I just read an interesting article whilst taking my morning constitutional this morning and used the test data it contained to post up a thread in the FAQ section.

Interesting reading:

I didnt think a ram with 3.92's in it had a final ratio of 1:1? the 3.55's are set up that way but the 3.92's were towing gears for that reason. to over compensate from the factory the heat build-up in the trans. thats why the 1500 and 2500 hemi's have the same trans but the 2500 has no problem towing more weight.

Hammer can you put this in the 2nd gen section as well?

Found out my final drive ratio is 3.27. With the 4.56's I'll be at 4.14.
