I have a mid-sized 5th wheel camper, Gross is approx 7800 pounds, which is borderline for trailer weight the way my 1500 QC 4x4 is equipped.
I put a set of Ride-Rite bags in, which include Firestone airbags and almost all of the hardware...
They intended for me to use individual airlines, but I wanted to "T" the lines and use a common air inflater valve. I'm aware that the air could end up transfering from one side to the other when my load is tall - resulting in sway, but I'll soon be putting a hellwig anti-sway bar, so that won't be an issue.
I'm impressed with this kit, it seems to be built quite well.

Makes no difference with most of the kits since they ride on the leaf spring. As for kits like mine that ride over the axle, they make spacers to raise the bags up as well. I'd have a hard time believing that he would raise up the suspension more than 3" while trying to pull a 5th wheeled trailer around???
