Default satellite radio question

Ok, i just installed a skify2 XM system in my truck (i know its old but it was free so w/e). What service comes stock with the newer Rams from the factory? Sirius or XM? Also, if anyone else on here is running this system or a similar plug and play system like this, have you had any trouble with it? Trouble getting signal in routine places? My system seems to be a little statiky, like when the volume levels on the voice gets to the top of the EQ it kinda sounds like a speaker is blown...

i sat on the phone with customer service for 35 minutes to get them to activate my radio and only after taking down all my information and putting me on hold again for 10 minutes, the woman from god knows where in India tells me their system is down and to call back in an hour and try the process again! im fuming right now!

anyone else experience ****-poor customer service from this company?
