AC Condensor fan not coming on

I have a problem with the electro condenser fan is not working. but I connect it directly to the battery and if it works, I changed the relays and everything remains the same, check the fuses and they are all good, it is a ram 1500 year 2002

That means you need a new one. The current one you have is probably tired and in need of a replacement.
