tail light tinting?

Default tail light tinting?

how would i tint my tail lights ?
what is the best way ?
can i use window tint ?

you can use window tint some places sell the pre cut pieces, most of us are using vht nightshades, you can get it at autozone for aroun 10$ a can, there is a write up somewhere on here similair to spray painting sand, spray a few coats, and then clear, but with that its pretty much a permanent thing, you can also get smoked out covers for like 50$ thats the route i did because my taillight is cracked, and if i get pulled over they are held on by Velcro so there easy to take off

I would reccomend the VHT Nightshades, its pretty easy and cheap. I got mine at O'Reilys because the local autozone was out. You will also need some 800 and 2000 grit wet sandpaper, clear adhesion promoter and some clear spray. Here is how mine turned out.

HAhahaha, great vids John, but I LOL'D HARD! Haha, your voice is hysterical! It being sped up made it funny as hell, but still very good vids there.

nice vid. I am doing this friday. Could you just put in a brighter bulb in the reverse light to make it shine through at night?

The light shines through but it wont light up enough to project any light out so you can see where your going,lol my plan was to install mini fog lights above my roll pan so i could see at night but i just got different tail lights instead
