I want my truck back.
Well i know this isn't the exact spot i should be posting this but there is nothing on here for a 95 new yorker. My girl friend has been using my truck because the heater in her car isn't working.
its a 95 chysler new yorker. The air bag light is on and i can't turn the traction control on or off. also none of the controls for her heater works i can't change it to defrost or anything if anyone knows what the problem could be any help would be appreciated thanks.

The problem is you need to get your girlfriend another car that works and take your truck back. lmao
I'm not too sure about those cars. I know some of the cars made in the 90's still used vacuum lines for the ac controls. Maybe you have a vacuum leak or the controls themselves are bad. Just thinking out loud.

Take it to Auto Zone and have em plug it in for the air bag light, may get you somewhere with the traction control also...
The heater thing...good luck with that...On something that old you will prob have to tear apart the dash to get to the selector that is probably broken

My wife told me her car is acting up and she needed to use my truck.. I got on the phone with VW right away and set a appointment. Looks like I'm gonna drive her to school for the next day or so, she's not driving my truck!
For the 11 years I was married, the wife refused to learn how to drive a stick shift (manual) and she was always too intimidated to drive a lifted truck.
So, during that time I bought TWO 4.0 I6 Jeep Wranglers with 5 speed manuals, A Dodge Raider SUV with a 5 speed manual and for the three full size 4x4 pickups I had in that time period, the lift kit was already ordered and sitting in the garage, waiting for me to get home from the dealership with the truck!!!

yeah i hate when she takes my truck last time she used it the idler pully just about gernaded and when i went to use it, it was making one hell of a noise i asked her about it and she said oh yeah it started making that noise on friday it was like 3 days later when i went to use it checked it out and there was absolutely no bearings left on the idler pully yet she just kept driving anyways. i either need to find out whats wrong with this car or get a new one quick. i have an old 6.5L diesel but its not working right so im trying to figure out both vehicles at once and i can't stand her driving either truck.
