I had them put on today.....295/70-17 Terra Graps....

They ride pretty good - pretty quiet. So far, I am pleased....

Ya - those 'smooth' tires were the GY Wranglers.....43K miles on them and still had tread left, but they rode like crap and looked kind of small.

I have Terra Graps on my Escalade, they ride AWESOME, and they are wearing very well.

I chose to put them on my Grand Cherokee about a year ago. I really wanted a set of Mickey Thompson ATZs, but got a deal on 265/65 r17s Terra Grapplers for $121.50 each (about $70 a tire less than the ATZs) and couldn't really pass that up.
Couldn't be happier with my choice! They are decent enough in light mud and EXCELLENT on wet and dry pavement and dry trails while being very quiet...
