Is this normal? I change my oil Roughly every 3k miles and my oil filter would always be full of oil and it would even pour a little bit of oil where it screws in. But when I changed it today the oil filter was like 1/3 full and nothing poured out where it screws in. It's a mopar oil filter. Could it be clogged or is this normal? I had just finish driving it so oil was warm and it was full no leaks Thanks

 

I would say that would be abnormal. probubly a bad anti drainback valve in the filter. Use Wix, they are some of the best filters on the market. Napa Gold filters are Wix as well.
