i have a 2003 dodge cummins , driving down the road it willnot go 2100 rpms, , it takes off slow , like no power , it will run 70 , but that is all it will do to the floor , auto trans , new injectors, kn filter, like it stops at 70 mph , free rev it go right up , any help thanks

I would start with the fuel system.Fuel filter clog,then find someone that could do some preasure checks on the lift pump and injector pump.Does it blow smoke?If so what color?
