Default Could it have been the Superchip

The other day my 07 Ram 1500 started sputtering and jerking and the check engine light came on. I pulled over and shut it off and then it would not start again. I was able to have the wife pick me up and run me home before the tow truck driver got there to take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty so I could put the tune back to stock. Well I got the stock tune back on just as the tow truck showed up so I didnt check it to see if it would start. The next day the dealer called and said it was running fine and it did not show a code from the light coming on. Could it have been the tune and it cleared when I went back to stock?

Possibly a PCM reboot would have also fixed it.
I would reload the tune and give it a try.

^^ agreed. its doubtful the tune caused it, but always possible i guess. reset your pcm, load the tune and try again

It is possible, but I have never heard of the sc tune causing a problem like that. Put the tune back on the truck and see if it happens again.
