You have a torsion bar suspension, any lift suspension related will involve your torsion bars. There is no getting around it without swapping in a SFA or doing a bodylift.

So whats the best way to go w/o causing stress? I would like it lifted just a little bit, but first priority is leveled. I don't want it lifted to be like the douches who are road warriors, who have lifts tires and wheels, and the truck never goes off road. I use my 4x4 and it's there for a reason. I need something reliable. Thats also why I want my truck painted black, so the black accessories look good. I hate chrome for the most part on pickups. The paint will get scratched with texas pin striping, thats why I recommended it at least last 5 years, not 20.

+1!!! i wish i had the ***** to do that to mine but i like the white too much

well as far as a level, or lift, no matter what your going to have to either crank the t-bars or get keys for the level, no matter what lift you get its still going to have a raked front end. if your looking super cheap just crank the t-bars and get some blocks for the rear springs. or a 3" body lift would run you just over $300 w/0 install depending where you get it.
