Will largely depend on which carburetor you put on it. Those things run 'bout $800 or so, right?

I know I had a E-brock RPM Performer on my Olds 442 with the matching cam and carb and loved it. It was a nice package.

If you do it I wanna know how it turns out, I've looked at those but I was told it wasn't worth it. Also I really don't like the idea of losing my FI to go to the old school Carb setup.

This is the one I had one my Olds 350 (and yes this was my engine I built). I dynoed with this intake as well as other internals at 397hp. But I had about 6k in that engine.

Weed, I can't say on a public forum what those pictures just did to me lol. That motor looks freakin amazing! Back on topic, Nim that's the intake I had my eye on and still kinda like the idea. I need to replace my plenum sometime too, I'm willing to bet it's blown and I figure why not besides the factor of money. I really need to stop adding to my wish/modlist.

it would solve the plenum problem! also the only reason i could actually see switching from mpi to carb would be if you were going to build a stroker....

Just keep in mind a dual plane is a nice intake. With it being aluminum you can also port and polish the runners and your heads.
