When I bought my truck, the center hole had been cut out. I couldn't find a plug anywhere on the web for it, so I ended up buying this.

It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it does the trick.

I'd put a bath tub drain stopper in - it'd be funny.

Default Found your plug

I took a look at my factory plug and the part numbers are molded on the under side. 5507311AB Black and 5507311AA Gray. They obviously used the same mold to make both colors. A quick search of the numbers to see if they were any good brought a dealer hit for Black at $5.35 and another dealer had Gray at $11 and change. If your'e going to order I'm sure one of the on line discount Mopar dealers can supply it at a decent price.

I've got a harder problem. The class III trailer hitch from Mopar puts a 3/4" bolt through the hole we have been discussing. The bolt head sticks out of the bumper so the original plug is replaced with a domed plug that clears the bolt. It comes with the hitch kit. I was considering an after market from Curt or Drawtite that I could get cheaper and which mount the same way and don't come with a domed plug. I've had no luck finding the number. It's probably on the bottom like the regular plug, but if you dont have it it's a dog to get it. If anybody has the oem hitch could please look at the under side of the plug for a part number. Thanks.

Default Bumper hitch hole plugs

These work great as replacements that stay in and hold up well to harsh environmental conditions.
