Chevy man bought a Ram..
No problem towing the trailer, but you'll be sure not to pass any gas stations either... I'd say that you be getting around 11-13 MPG dragging a travel trailer down the road.
I will be happy to get 11-13 pulling my travel trailer
I had a 01 chevy 2500 HD 4x4 with 4:10 gears and last time i pulled the trailer it avg. 8.3 mpg.. Hope the Hemi does a little better...

I get 8-9MPG pulling my 6,000lb 5th - and used to get 10-11 pulling a 4,000lb TT.
That's with my 02 5.9L with 20's.
3,300 lbs should be no problem.
Watch your speed - the MPG can drop 15-20% just by going 5-7MPH faster. Look for the sweet spot.
Mine is about 55MPH - which is no problem on a 4-lane highway.

I jumped ship from a 2004 Chevy Crewcab 5.3L to my Hemi, and never looked back!!! Only strayed from a Chevy once (for a 93 Lightning) but couldn't stand not having the 4WD. The new Hemi Rams would eat my old Lightning for breakfast!!
LOVE IT!!
As far as trailer pulling, you'll barely notice that camper, except the dip in MPG's.
Anyhow, nice truck - just go to a muffler shop and upgrade your muffler to a Flowmaster 40 or 50 series for some extra growl. Spend a little more for the dual exhaust and you will be really happy!!
