Default How to remove Badges

I would like to know how to remove my badges. I have heard from some people to take fishing line and kind of saw the tape off then use goo-be-gone to remove the residue. I also have heard to heat it up and pull it off then use paint thinner to get the residue off. I dont really know which to go with.

im literally in the middle of doing this right now. i can tell you the eraser wheel makes it completely effortless. leaves absolutely no marks on the paint either, plus no harmful chemicals to deal with.

I found that trimmer line works well for popping the badge off followed up by a regular old pencil eraser to get rid of the residue.

Well I can tell you I just removed my faded out 6 year old pinstripes that the dealer had on there when I bought it and I literally walked down the truck with the cordless drill and up the other side and went back and wiped it with a damp rag. I was completely done in under 15 mins. IMO you simply can't beat an eraser wheel...

You have pretty much got it. I used to work at a body shop and it is a very easy thing to do. I know alot of people dont have a heat gun lying around, so grap the next best thing.....A blow dryer. 1. Warm the badge/glue holding it on using the blow dryer. 2. Take a fishing string and saw it off. 3. The glue will be warm so rub it with your fingers and presto...your done.. Badgeless!!!!!!!
