I know the codes are lean on both banks and low barometric pressure, but not sure what the problem is. Bought a map sensor from the stealership and it requires modifying/cutting part of the intake manifold because the new style has a longer plug end. This is for a '04 Hemi. Any ideas or help?

Those codes usually come up if there is air entering after the MAF sensor,check for intake gasket leaks.

 

check your egr valve and sensor.
