Default Lunging in Low Speeds, Poor Gas Mileage, Not Revving Fully in Park

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI and it is having a problem. In low speeds the truck seems to doing some lunging or fluctuating and almost seems to shut off when I come to a stop. I have run some fuel system cleaner through it, had the dealership change out a map sensor, cleaned the throttle body, reprogrammed it back to factory specs (I had a Superchips Mileage Programmer Programming it for better fuel economy) and even the dealership reprogrammed it with their computer. It is not showing any check engine light nor is it showing any codes when hooked up the computer at the dealership but it is getting horrible gas mileage and is just running a little sluggish in general. I had it in park today and was revving the engine and it seemed to not want to go up to its maximum RPM like it had a cut-off or regulator stopping it from doing so. Please help me with this problem.

That's because it DOES have a rpm limiter. It would grenade your motor quick if you could actually rev it to full rpm. Not to mention that it is completely retarded to just sit and rev the motor that high.

Have you checked your plugs and pcv valve?

How did you clean the throttle body? Did you actually take it off and clean the backside, or just spray some crap in while it was running?

Gotta remove the TB and really clean it. Don't get the electrical parts wet. Probably time for plugs and a PCV valve clean/replace. How's the air filter?

There's a rev limiter to keep the rpm down when in Park or Neutral. You can't wind it past 'bout 4K.

No problem bro. I figured since you were needlessly revving it up in park that you might not be aware of how retarded it is.

Wasn't another guy having an issue with that a while back and it ended up having to deal with his t-stat being rusted out?
