Hey guys what head units do you have in your trucks? Also did you have to make any mods to get them in? Where did you buy them? Thanks alot.

Might help if you told us what year your truck is so the right guys can respond. 02-05 mods don't work for 06+ trucks, and vice versa.

I have the Pioneer DEH-P4200UB, I love it and the tuning options make it sound awesome. Huge increase over the stock stereo, I do recommend some door speakers and a sub though. I need to replace my door speakers to really bring out the best sound quality.

Did you need a spacer? Or did it fit perfect?

I had to get the dash kit obviously but other than that no, it doesn't like stick out of the bezel like the one on my friends Z71. It sits flush like stock.

you need a dash kit and a wire harness . for the HU . door speakers mount right up . subs ..all depends on the box

I got mine from Wal-Mart and I think it was like 15 bucks

edit: you'll need an antenna adapter as well, I had to go to Best Buy to get mine. Wal-Mart didn't have the one I needed.

You've got an 07 like me so it's easy! Just get the nav bezel and your double din will slide right in.
