Default New CAI install...

... Installed a new AEM Brute Force intake system and removed and cleaned the TB and IAT sensor in the process... After resetting the PCM, neg. batt. terminal route, truck is throwing code P0171 and P0174. Any ideas? The IAT sensor is aimed as it was in the "Hat". Truck is a 2005 Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab w/5.7L 46,664 miles...

It almost certainly is the sensor, is it sealed around it properly with a grommet or rtv? Those codes indicate a lean condition, assuming the fuel system was fine when you shut it down and there were no codes prior, I would remove, inspect and reinstall the sensor air tight with a grommet or rtv and reboot again.

Edit: for some reason I was thinking it was a home brew CAI but I would still look closely at the sensor.
