Well I got rear ended two days ago by a guy in a ford excursion going about 25 mph he smashed the bumper in pretty good but what I am most worried about is my frame because he pushed my hit down to about a 45 degree angle and i know its weld to my frame. What do you guys think?

 

i'd be surprised if it didnt bend the frame. the suspension is probably jacked too. you have pics?

Hitch isn't welded to the frame. The tow bar just sits inside of it and has 4 bolts.

 

I just worried I got rear ended in my ranger when I was in high school and the ended up buying a new frame for it instead of calling it totalled and 20,000 miles later in a truck I had never had a problem with the tranny locked up. I dont want this to happen again but this time I have an attorney lol
