joes response after he looked at some threads on here:

Ever hear the saying that you can please a thousand people and they won't say anything but **** off one person and they gop screaming to everyone.
If you notice the Air Force guy pointed out "ported 10's and sealed 12's only"
He probably one of the retards that e-mailed me athousand times asking for a custome configuration and I don't do that. The machined aluminum molds for these boxes cost $14,000 and the wood parts are nested on a 5'x12' sheet of MDF. Making a one off box is not feasible but I've had people e-mail me back and forth 3,4,5 or more times begging for a one off box and I just quit replying if they are that hard headed.
When I run these boxes my guys mold, assyble, and pack about 80 sub boxes per day. Most people don't understand that the only way I can keep the price as low as it is for a high quality box is in volume.
One thing to keep in mind is that I sell a dual sub box molded from 3/8" ABS for the same price that Q Logic sells there single sub box thats molded from 1/4" ABS.
Since the Air Fprce guy was quick to point out that I'm ONLY making ported 10's and sealed 12's I willing to bet he's one of the people that asked for something custom over and over and I just quit sending replys to what is basicly the same question reworded over and over.
If you notice there are people that replied that they had good service.
I never seen this site before but on Dodetalk they banned a guy that was knocking my products and claiming that my box blew apart on the first song he played. I relplied to him and asked him to send the box back and I would send a replacement. He never responded but continued to knock my product and post links to supercrewsound EVERY time someone mentioned sub boxes. They banned him after one of the moderators got suspicious and noticed that his IP "which is recorded on every post" was the same as supercrewsound.

Joes attitude as a company owner and manufacture sucks and always has. He does make good boxes no doubt as I have bought two of them and never had an issue with either. I just wish he was more customer oriented and friendly.

He is rigt about one things though, he could have 100 ppl happy with his boxes and one person not happy. But what he fails to realize is it only takes that ONE person to bring his rep down.

lol damn AF hemi gets it again...lol well I dunno, Ive heard nothing good about the boxes themselves and when I called him for some seat risers he sent them out THAT day.

Custom boxes out of ABS are *******ly impossible, I get that....but ive seen quite a few threads about people not being able to get boxes at all. I had to get a probox due to all of this, but I wanted a foxbox pretty bad. We will see how all this turns out lol

I emailed him ONE time asking him if he would make a 10" sealed box because I only saw 10" ported and 12" sealed. He replied saying there were too many unsatisfied people with the 10" sealed so he wouldnt be making them again. Thats the only communication we've had.

I find it HIGHLY insulting his comments about me. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone ever again. Good product or not, you dont talk about customers (or potential customers) like that and expect good things to happen, especially when theres no validity to your accusations about them. By stating that he would only make 10" ported and 12" sealed, I was simply stating exactly what he wrote to me in an email. Im not sure how my 1 question about 10" sealed (because thats what im looking for) gave him the idea that i've been asking several times for custom stuff. Its not true, and he has no right to single someone out like that under pure assumptions.

lol I do agree with you Weed. Many of us bought Tims HID kits ONLY because of his reputation, even though they were fairly expensive.

Im still upset about him and the loss of warranty haha

Dont feel bad Matt, I got Chads kits and even with the warranty I find it easier and faster to deal with getting replacement parts on ebay.
