agreed. he's got a good product, but so do MANY other companies out there. He needs to understand you cant be successful and have terrible customer service at the same time. I certainly wont be buying from him.

Im not up on the gossip but when did everything go to **** for him? I got mine last fall and had zero problems but I guess im one of the lucky ones.
