I run two of those stacked together with a tornado in the intake tube and I gained 43 hp according to the dyno.

Put one over your rear axle. The few extra grams will increase your traction.

if you want more hp and mpg change your muffler bearing works wonders! lol
but in all reality my friend has an 06 ranger and put one of these on and it did in all honesty give it a little boost not much and nothing close to the 140 hp but did feel a little boost and maybe 1 mpg increase if its only 20 bucks maybe worth it in the long run with the little increase in mpg but nt enough to actually buy one imho
