Hoss... You have a manual too, that usually gets ya a couple more miles, sucker..

I usually get, at most, about 270-285 miles out of a full tank. This is mostly in-town driving, which is a lotta stop-n-go, hustling through traffic, etc. I don't take the Ram on long trips, as the Hemi gets better MPG's. I just got home from a WV trip, went about 260 miles, with a half-tank left, and this is averaging 80mph..... hitting 110-115mph every now n then, haha. (in the 'Rango)

I've done all the usual maintaince to my Ram, plugs, full synthetic motor oil, home-brew 'cai', just haven't gotten to the tranny/diff fluids yet. I've been pretty disappointed in my mpg's, but something is definately off with yours. Thats really about 8mpg you're getting. I would start with any maintaince you might've missed, along with other small things such as tire pressure (although I highly doubt that would have THAT much of a burden on the mpg). I can't help ya anymore really, or I'd have the solution for myself, haha. Good luck bro, maybe someone else can chime in with suggestions......

^^ What Hammer said too, although I have cleaned my TB as well without much luck as far as gaining anything

i get the same mpg with stock size tires
