Take that thing to Sherwin-Williams and get it color matched! 
It's a novel idea, and I'm not against it at this point. Something just looks... *OFF* about it. Perhaps it's the color? Perhaps it's because it's missing the plastic top strip from the bedliner that the rails have? I dunno. There's just something really incongruent about it at the moment that says "SORE THUMB OVER HERE!" Again, it's a good idea, and I would like to see it once you smoke that tail light, fix whatever it is that needs fixing, and debadge about half of it. Yeah... it needs it.

it is a 1500, i do want the tow mirrors though, and thanks guys for all of your opinions, it has given me more ideas, and ill post pics when i get the tailgate painted and smoked with the oem plastic spoiiler on top of the tailgate

NOW I see it! It's that damn chrome/shiny handle on the tailgate. If it were regular black plastic, it might even make the badges not so gaudy-looking. Still needs the plastic strip on top, though.
