Yep, me too.....I think there are way too many badges on that thing.....

 

It's just my worthless opinion...but you should take about 1/2 of the emblems off & black-out the other 1/2.

 

Take that thing to Sherwin-Williams and get it color matched!

It's a novel idea, and I'm not against it at this point. Something just looks... *OFF* about it. Perhaps it's the color? Perhaps it's because it's missing the plastic top strip from the bedliner that the rails have? I dunno. There's just something really incongruent about it at the moment that says "SORE THUMB OVER HERE!" Again, it's a good idea, and I would like to see it once you smoke that tail light, fix whatever it is that needs fixing, and debadge about half of it. Yeah... it needs it.

looks good till you get to the 1500 mirrors . looks like a dressed up 1500 IMO

 

it is a 1500, i do want the tow mirrors though, and thanks guys for all of your opinions, it has given me more ideas, and ill post pics when i get the tailgate painted and smoked with the oem plastic spoiiler on top of the tailgate

NOW I see it! It's that damn chrome/shiny handle on the tailgate. If it were regular black plastic, it might even make the badges not so gaudy-looking. Still needs the plastic strip on top, though.
