I used shocks for a mega cab, they're about 2 inches taller than the stock 1500.

I put shocks for a 2005 2500 2wd on mine after I leveled it. They work fine and I have never had a bottom/top out or the upper control arm hitting the shock bucket. They were 2" longer than my stock shocks.

I dont know if a 4wd 2500s shocks will fit on our ifs, it could but not sure... I had 2500 shocks from a 2004 diesel on my old 98 1500 dodge, they were around 2 inches longer than my stock ones on that truck... worked great. I would just suggest buying an aftermarket shock though, look at rough country, maybe not the highest quality, but better than what 2500 shocks will be...

I hate to say it hoss, but get rid of the HBS leveling kit and get that, its really nice, my buddy with a chevy has it, and its nice! I like HBS to be honest, but the ranchos are really nice.

go to rockauto.com... i found very cheap parts on there bro, cheaper than any autoplace around, for ex. a strut for me is 190 at the stealership, 90 at the auto place and 75 on rockauto
