Default D.I.Y JET STREAM SCOOP/grill ram air anyone

Well im on my days off board and looking of things to increase my rams breathing and i seen some pics of how small airrams jet stream scoop is has anyone ever made if so post some pics i might get it made out of sheet metel at a local shop.... i just can help myself i caught mod fever and love the hunt of how to do things yourself

ill bet you could make one out of dryer vents, or sheet metal HVAC stuff. shouldnt be too hard.

this is exactly what i made my first ram air box out of, a dryer vent and hvac sheet metal parts... but it was for my ram air hood not the grill like the airram, although it would be super easy to mod one up with these components

Here u go took me about 45 minutes to make it out of a 5' 4x10 galvanized
right angle boot paid $7.55 canadian for it at home depot!

id advise to use leather gloves since tin can slice u up like a razor blade
after i was done i just used some duplicolor black sandable greycoat to hid it a little now keep in mind i did this fairly quickly and im gonn actually but some decent sheet metel and do it the correct way this was a trial run and worked out pretty good i just need to trim top back a little hitting grill gaurd bar...

i bought the one on the web site ain't bad but still need to get the air to my K&N intake from scoop.
