yea i need to get 1 tomorrow or i might just call a couple autobody shops and ask them if they can use there wheels for a couple bucks..and everything here is so overpriced
98cherryram, thanks a lot. I was worried about the pins, that would cost a lot more to take off the badges then have to turn around and fill and paint the holes. When did you debadge your truck? Was the paint faded around where the badges were? I don't want it to look obvious where the badges used to be.
Well my truck is white, so it would have to fade a lot to be really noticeable... but I didnt take mine off until last summer, and even close up I cant see any difference, so I doubt you would notice any. I've taken badges off of even older vehicles that were red and blue and other colors and didnt have a noticeable fade on them. I think general rule is whether its in a sunny place and outdoors all day and has been that way for years and years. Like 15 years...
And on the Spears i dont know if they used different adhesive but my spears had double sided tape and it took me only 30 minutes to get it all off.
mine had the 3m tape and it took me over 30 min WITH an eraser wheel to get off, I dont think I coulda done it without it. You have half the doors, but still alotta tape to peel off with your hands
