What are the OE part numbers for the spark plugs on the hemi? and should I replace the wires or coil packs?

Just put a set of NGK 5306s in. The coil packs should be OK. The plug wires may be due. Mine still has the OEMs at 104K

So should i just shine the wires? Im just going to go with champions since the are only $1.59. Im kind of on a budget. Plugs are still originals at 103k miles so im hoping for some mpg/ power increase by changing them out.

As for the wires, they should be fine unless you see damage. I replaced mine with shorties to clean it up.

I just purchased a 2004 1500 with a hemi, I've been changing things that know need to be changed. The truck has 90k miles and still had original shocks so I'm goin to guess that it also has the original plugs. I was just wondering if I shoul install the cooper like the original or if I should go with some thing like the double platinum, I don't want to put any thing that will hurt the performance of the truck or that will not give me better performance for my money... Thank you very much..
