On my 06 ram my passenger side door when its opened the interior lights dont come on, as well as my alarm is not receiving signal when the door is opened.
I figured i would start with the sensor on the door and then trace the wires for a slice or disconnect.
Where is the sensor located on the door?

Thoughts?

 

The latch assembly in the door contains the door ajar switch, dome light switch and latch. You need to replace it.

 

Weed- thanks for the info. I ripped the kickpanels up and found a pinched wire from when i ran my scanner ant. Patched it all up and now everythings 10-4! thanks for the help!
