yeah i'll be doing the shackles with the add-a-leaf (same thing as rubberfrog). you could do the blocks with the shackles too

is your truck raked at all or is it pretty much level? Im hoping to get a little rake out of it, maybe 1" or so. i think ill go this route, the 3" blocks with shackles. wheres the best place to get shackles then?

Im at 48" at the top of my front and rear fender wells so I am level. I have a 2.5" Daystar spacer in the front so you could do the same as me but just use a 1.5" to get some rake if thats what you want

Redone I went out and took pics of my current setup. Is this something like what you have? I'll be completely honest, i thought I had a 3" block. Its only 1.5". Does anyone know if that looks like the stock shackle? There isnt an add-a-leaf because its only 3 springs plus the overload.

If it looks like the stock shackle, I'd still rather go the shackle route to get another 1.5 or so of height. Otherwise I could do a 3" block. I was looking on ebay and most of them are advertised as a 2" lowering/lift shackle. Is that 2" of actual lift or will it be 1" of lift? Frog if you could point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it.

I will take soem pics of mine if I can remember. Thos are stock shackles you have shown there. Usually lift shackles will have various holes in them so you can go to different heights.

Also, smaller block with shackle is better than big block with no shackle.
