Actually 'Nitto, if he still has the factory LSD in his '04 it needs to come out of there ASAP anyway, IMO...

Absolutely. Most just don't realize that there is a time bomb in there if they don't know the little brake trick. A while ago someone thought they didn't have one in there so they assumed they were safe from the clips until they had there wife watch while applying the brake and gas at the same time on some gravel.

yes im very sorry guys, im in a joking mood, do not do that at all to your normal driving car/truck... i dont have posi when i power brake it take off hard but my baby will pull some rank donuts!! lol idk why but it will soo guess its all in how you drive it and know your truck for the most part

Agreed, you will need to find and buy an Auburn LSD if you want to fix it. While you are there you may want to change gears also.

Or maybe check out a powertrax automatic locker half the money and the carrier doesnt have to be removed from the diff just the spider gears and pull the axles out a few inches and it installs where the spider gears used to reside. Ive had no issues with this setup for the street
