I know in ohio they can ask you to take the tint off infront of the officer. Not hard its just a sticker you peal it off in about 2 minutes.

 

you need to show proof that you fixed the violation, either with a picture, or a work order

 

Like I said, just take off the front tint and get it re-done, its not as expensive as a $250 ticket.

 

Here's a thought....call me crazy.....but why don't you just get legal tint on the front two windows??? Then you don't have to worry about it. The less reasons they have to pull you over, the better.

I don't know where you live but if it isn't real big city that same cop is going to watch for you. So if you don't take it off he will ticket you again and again. that can get very expensive. If you go tthe ticket far from where you live or normally drive you might not have anything to worry about.

 

yes im in a very rural area and yes ive been pulled over by the same cop many times...

 

pay the ticket, dont take it off. if they say u need to take it off tell them that u have an appointment to have it removed next week
and go from there

 

i paid the fine and kept it on
