Default '05 Ram 1500 4X4 4.7L with P0306 code

I own a 2005 DR 1500 4x4 with the 4.7 L and am having the same code kicking up. I did the whole E3 plug swap and it all started from there. Changed plugs to Champion Coppers and also changed out the coil pack. Still was not having any luck. Ran SeaFoam through for injector cleaner and didn't seam to help. Asked the girlfriends dad's opinion (seeing as he works at a Dodge dealership) and he had me replace the EGR valve as the EGR dumps back into the intake directly over the #6 cylinder. Changed and had no luck. Just changed the injector today, still did it. Took injectors back out swapped the #2 and #6 injectors to see if the misfire followed did not. I am probably going to swap the coil packs between six and four and see what that does.If some can point me in any other direction I should go let me know at this point I'm willing to try anything. Been fighting this issue for a month now and about to give in and take to garage but I really hate to...

Have you done a compression test? Here maybe the problem that you are having, because i had a problem with a 3.7 motor. It ended up being burnt intake valves.

I have not done that yet. Girlfriends dad did montion something about that but he said it would be more constant this miss is more intermitten in laymens terms. Driving down the road at speed it runs fine sit at an idle it comes and goes. Now after I changed the injectior it ran fine for about an hour then i shut it off and when i came back out of the house to leave it started acting up again. Could a burnt valve cause something that intermitten?

I today completed a compression and a leak down test on all 8 cylinders. 150 PSI for compression and 1-2 % leakage on leak down Replaced the Camshaft position sensor and still no luck. Starting to get frustrated with dang thing. Don't know what else to do...
