Default Rear Tire Wear?

Hi guys,
I've got a 2004 RWD quad cab with an LSD rear end. My problem is that the inside portions of the tread wear the most on the rear tires. Is this normal because it's RWD or because of the LSD or is it a problem? My previous tires that came on the truck were Bridgestone Duellers (crap!) and did this. Now I have Micheline LTX's in stock passenger size up front and Bridgestone AT KOs in LT265/70R17s in the back so I'm a bit stuck as far as rotating the tires goes. I've only got 40 PSI in the rear tires normally as I pump them up when I need the full weight capacity.

Is this tire wear unusual?

Thanks, Steve
