Default exhaust header problem

I am having problems with my exhaust over all. The pace setter LT headers, kept cracking, the egr tube does not meet up with the block and the o2 sensor connection is at the base where all 4 pipes connect. I saw a picture where the bung was further up so i did not need extensions. I have magnaflow highflow cats. the Y-pipe is three inches diameter with the rear 02 sensors. I have a CEL for low EGR flow, all o2 sensors failing, etc. Is there a problem with the piping being that larger? As the original pipe is not as large so gasses more denser, hotter, so it messes with the sensors. I dont know and am tired of spending money to fix this, i just want it to work with no CEL. Any recommendations? Start over? What would be a good setup?

I think it was Off Road Teacher that said he also had hi flow cats and got CELs also. You might wanna check with him as I think it was his cats causing the issue but he later resolved it.

Have you cleaned or replaced the EGR?

What CELs are you getting? Are the pre-cats or post-cats?

What part or where where the LTs cracking? Any pics?
